Minimum 15 years relevant experience. Preferably with Private, Public and development sectors at senior management positions in institutions of high repute from both national and international markets in areas such as policy and strategy development, project management, monitoring, and operations, Governance and Institutional Reforms, Economics and Social Development, Agriculture and water relevant experience in specialized thematic areas will be given preference.

Period of Contract
Initially for a period of two years extendable by mutual consent.
Qualification
Specific academic qualification required are as follows (Foreign Qualification: From a recognized University in the relevant field will be an added advantage).
Governance and Institutional Reforms
16 years Master’s degree or equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Governance, Public Policy, Economics or Finance.
Economic and Social Development
16 years Master’s degree or equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Governance, Public Policy, Development Economics, Finance Law or Social Sciences.
Agriculture and Water
16 years degree or equivalent in Agriculture, Agriculture Extension, Entomology or M.Sc (Botany), Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
