1. Senior Manager (OG-III) – Human Resource (HR) (1)
Qualification & Experience
First class 16 year degree in the relevant field from an accredited institution with at least 14 years experience in the areas of Administration, Management and Human Resource in a reputable public sector Universities/Organizations.
2. Manager (OG-II) – Mass Communication/Public Relation (1)
Qualification & Experience
First class 16 year degree in the field of Mass Communication or related subjects from an accredited academic institution with at least 07 years relevant experience in a University or National or International Organization of repute.
3. Manager (OG-II) – Quality Assurance/Quality Management (1)
Qualification & Experience
First Class 16 year degree from an accredited academic institution with at least 07 years relevant administrative experience in a University/National/International organizations of repute. Maximum experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management will be preferred. Knowledge to manage matters related to Tenure Track System (TTS) of HEC.
4. Deputy Treasurer (OG-II) – Audit (1)
Qualification & Experience
First class 16 year degree M.Com/MBA/BBA (4 years) with major in Finance from an accredited academic institution with at least 07 years experience in Accounts/Finance in a University/Professional organization.
OR
An Associate/Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants/Institute of Cost & Management Accountants with at least 04 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance in a public sector University/Professional organizations of repute.
5. Assistant Treasurer (OG-I) – Audit (I)
Qualification & Experience
First Class 16 year degree M.Com/MBA/BBA (4 years) with major in Finance from an accredited academic institution with at least 02 years experience in Accounts/Finance in a public University/Professional organizations of repute.
OR
An Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants/Institute of Cost & Management Accountants.
6. Accountant (SG-IV) – 1
Qualification & Experience
B.Com/SAS or equivalent from an accredited academic institution in the relevant field with at least 05 years relevant work experience of Accounts/Audit in a Public sector University/Government department/Semi-Government organizations of repute.
7. Senior Administrative Assistant (SG-IV) – (1)
Qualification & Experience
First Class 14 year degree from an accredited academic institution in the relevant field with 05 years of relevant work experience of media coverage/Photography in a public sector University or National or International organizations of repute and able to use photo enhancing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom or any other similar software to manipulate, enhance and improve the images.
