CONDITIONS for Fatima Jinnah University Jobs:
1. Application forms are available at the University website (Download Urdu Form) or (Download English Form).
2. Application on the prescribed university form, with complete bio-data and attested documents including (i) degrees, certificates and
transcripts (ii) experience certificates (iii) CNIC (iv) Domicile (v) 2-recent photographs, along with original bank draft/postal order/
paid challan form of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) payable to the Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi should reach the
office of the Registrar.
3. Application with incomplete documents and or received after due date shall not be entertained by any means.
4. Candidates applying for more than one position should submit separate applications along with complete documents together with
required Pay order, Bank Draft etc.
5. Applicants already working in Government/Semi-Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel
by the due date and submit service certificates issued by their present employer; otherwise, their applications will not be
entertained. However, the University may entertain advance copies.
6. Candidates applying for the posts must enlist the attached documents with signatures.
7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be paid for interviews. (Decision of the University shall remain to
bind in all cases).
8. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, not fill any post, and/or withhold the appointment against any
advertised post.
9. Age relaxation will be given as admissible under the rules/policy of Government of Punjab.
10. The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of courier service/post office/ telephone
message.
11. 5% quota has been reserved for minorities and 3% for disabled persons.
