iii. Formulation of the project management network.
iv. Formulate, review and update bylaws pertaining to engineering aspects.
v. Preparation and finalization of CPEC City Master Plan through consultant and branch resources.
vi. Formulate and ensure pre-qualification of design consultants, contractors, suppliers and service providers as per the laid down procedures and requirements.

Job Description
i. To attend meetings of land purchase committee as and when required, recommend, and decide any land matter placed before the committee and process all cases of land purchased acquired.

iii. To have intimate liaison with Revenue Authorities and Land Providers.
iv. To coordinate with legal directorate/land providers for litigations pertaining to the land.
v. Act as Advisor of Administrator on all land matters and perform any other task assigned by the Administrator.
