2. Masters in Education/Economics/Development Studies/Public Policy with 6-7 years of relevant work experience as above.
3. Close familiarity with Punjab’s education PPP sector (PEF; PEIMA (PSSP)) alongside working knowledge of key PPP frameworks/policies/evaluations in social sector PPPs in Punjab and Pakistan.
4. At least 2 of total work-years must have included engagement with low-cost private sector education in the Punjab and/or corporate-sector Social Responsibility Programmes (policy, strategy, experiment-design and evaluation experience preferred; if in teaching, must also have performed administrative duties for at least 12 months consecutively).
5. Multi-country and multi-client experience a significant advantage.
