Application form along with one page CV attested photocopies of relevant documents, NIC, Domicile, one recent photograph and experience certificates must be attached with the application. Application Forms are available from the Registrar Office on payment of Rs 100 for BS 12 to BS-16 and Rs 50 for BS-02 to BS-11 posts from 9 am to 3 pm.
