Job Description
i. To analyze the Public Procurements (including international) contracts in light of PPRA and other relevant laws.
ii. To conduct an analysis of Procurement documents (Planning Commission Performance Proposals, advice, tendering, evaluation award and contract management).
iii. To identify contract implementation and framework agreements which result in inefficiency in line with financial and forecasting requirements.
iv. To render an opinion in the investigations/inquiries related to violations in procurements.
v. Any other assigned tasks.
Experience
10 years relevant experience.
Knowledge of Public Procurement Rules.

Job Description
i. To assist the investigation teams in the procurement and analysis of revenue related record.
ii. To do a site inspection of agriculture land/urban properties.
iii. To prepare/analyze agriculture income.
iv. To analyze and give the opinion on land record matters.
Experience
10 years relevant experience.
Knowledge of Lab Revenue Act 1967, Colonization Act 1822 and other Revenue Laws.

Educational Qualification
At least second division in Bachelors degree from a recognized university.
Maximum Age Limit
65 years
Remuneration
Rs 85000 or downward/upward negotiable as per qualification and experience.

i. Educational Qualification, Experience and Age will be counted/examined as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
ii. For Land Revenue Expert only retired officers in BPS-16 to 18 will be considered.
iii. Level of the advertised requirement may be increased or decreased at the time of final selection.
iv. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview, after scrutiny of applications depending on job vacancies.
v. The above hiring of services will be governed by the terms of hiring on a monthly fee basis.
vi. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
vii. The candidates will be disqualified if any undue pressure is exercised or in case any false/incorrect information is provided.
