Job Description
i. To assist the Investigation teams in procurement and analysis of revenue related record.
ii. To do the site inspection of agriculture land/urban properties.
iii. To prepare/analyze agriculture Income (Jhar Pedawar).
iv. To analyze and give option on land record matters.
Experience
i. 10 years of relevant experience (Retired Revenue Officer in BPS-16 to 18).
ii. Knowledge of Land Revenue Act 1967, Colonization Act 1822 and other Revenue Laws.
Educational Qualification
At least Second Division in Bachelors Degree from a recognized University.
Maximum Age Limit
65 years
Remuneration
Rs 85000 or downward/upward negotiable as per qualification and experience.
Terms and Conditions
i. Educational Qualification, Experience and age will be counted/examined as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
ii. Level of the advertised requirement may be increased or decreased at the time of final selection.
iii. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview, after scrutiny of applications depending on job vacancies.
iv. The above hiring of services will be governed by the terms of hiring on a monthly fee basis.
v. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in interview.
vi. The candidate will be disqualified if any undue pressure is exercised or in case any false/incorrect information is provided.
