Terms and Conditions
a. All above-mentioned posts shall be filled purely on a contract basis.
b. 2% Quota for disabled persons will be observed.
c. The application must be submitted to the office of the undersigned through courier on prescribed Job Application Form available at University website: www.ndu.edu.pk along with Attested Copies of
i. CNIC
ii. Domicile
iii. Educational testimonial & Experience certificates (if any)
iv. 2 recent passport size photographs
v. Demand Draft/Pay order of amount Rs 2000 for Sr No 01 to 04 Rs. 1500 for Sr. No 05 to 09 Rs 1000 for Sr No 10 to 14 and Rs 500 for Sr 15 to 17 as non-refundable application processing fee in favor of NDU, Islamabad.
d. In Service/Government employees have to submit NOC/DPC duly signed by the concerned authorities.
e. The candidates applying against the post mentioned at Sr 6 (Research Associate) should clearly indicate whether they are applying against the study leave vacancy or otherwise.
f. Applications that are incomplete (in any case) or received after due date shall not be entertained.
g. Applicants who do not have the prescribed Qualification & Experience should kindly abstain from applying, as their applications will not be considered.
h. Only Short-Listed candidates shall be called for Test/Interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
i. All applications are treated as “Confidential” and all documents will be shredded after one year of the induction process.
j. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel any or all of the advertised posts and decision of the University shall remain to bind in all cases.
k. Applicants must mention the name of the “Post Applied For” on the right top corner of the envelope.
l. Any clause not included in above-mentioned terms & conditions shall be dealt in accordance with the provisions of NDU Statutes as enforced from time to time.
