In the wake of Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the National Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine NIRM Islamabad intends to hire the Eligible Medical / Allied Health Professionals against the following categories on purely contract basis for the deployment in COVID-19 units.

Medical Officer (BPS-17)
Qualification and Experience
i. MBBS qualification recognized by PMDC.
ii. Registered with PMDC.
iii. One year house job.

Qualification and Experience
i. MBBS with FCPS (Pulmonology) or equivalent qualification.
OR
ii. MBBS and DTCD or MCPS (Pulmonology) or equivalent qualification with two years of practical experience in the relevant subject in a recognized institution before or after post-graduation.

General Terms and Conditions
i. Hiring will be on a contract basis.
ii. The hiring of services is valid for six months or till the pandemic situation is over, whichever is earlier.
iii. Such hiring will not confer any right for regularization of his/her service at any stage against any post.
iv. The citizens of Pakistan having domicile of any Province can apply.
v. The age limit to apply against the above positions is less than 45 years.
vi. Hiring will be subject to a fitness certificate by the Medical Board of CHE (Central Health Establishments).
vii. An incentive-based pay package will be offered to all categories of staff mentioned above.
