ii. Minimum 7 years of post-retirement experience preferably in the oil and gas sector.
iii. Professional courses related to security, intelligence, surveillance, and administration would be preferred.
Skills

iii. Fully conversant with modern security enforcement methods, electronic surveillance techniques and tools.

Duties and Responsibilities
i. Maintain overall security in the Company by establishing and enforcing security and safety policies and procedures and ensuring their consistent implementation to provide a secure environment to employees, visitors, and stakeholders of the Company.
ii. Liaison with Government Agencies, Local Administration, Land Owners, and Notables of the Area, where Company has/will have its operations and assets.
iii. Analyze and propose improvements in existing security arrangements of the Company.

iv. Excellent Analytical, Interposal and Communication Skills.
v. Good command on Microsoft Office.
vi. Should be well-versed of the land records of District Attock, Rawalpindi, and Chakwal, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
i. Maintaining the record of land files and database of landowners.
ii. Land Compensation Payments.
iii. Rent Payments in coordination with the Finance Department.
iv. Processing payments of land compensations.
v. Claims assessments and recommending payments.
vi. Identification of land acquired/rented by the Company.
vii. Negotiation with landowners for the valuation of land rent.
viii. Identification and removal of encroachments.
ix. Demarcation and fixing of demarcation posts on POL land.
x. Completing Legal Formalities.

Duties and Responsibilities
i. Should have hands-on experience in Plant Operations with Gas Processing Facilities, Refineries and Petrochemical Plants. Preference will, however, be given to candidates with experience on Gas Purification Facilities and LPG Recovery Plants.
ii. Should possess a working knowledge of Process Design/Process Simulation.
iii. Should have sound knowledge and working experience of Pumps, Compressors, Refrigeration Systems, Cryogenic Systems, Distillation, and Dehydration system.
iv. Should have sound knowledge and experience of working with DCS, ESD/F&G Systems Logics, Cause and Effect Charts, Logic Diagrams as well as possess experience of HAZOP studies.
v. Should be able to provide assistance in the development of the scope of work, preparation of equipment specifications for procurement and technical evaluation of bids against tendered specifications for Engineering Projects.
vi. Should have experience of process design calculation for modifications, debottlenecking and optimization purposes.
vii. Should be proficient in MS Office, MS Projects.

Experience
Minimum 03 to 05 years of professional experience preferably in the petrochemical industry.
Skills
To ensure the safe and sound operation of the pipeline network while maintaining sound coordination with all respective departments.
Duties and Responsibilities
i. Hands on Experience of operation & troubleshooting of oil Wells working, Gas sweetening plant, TEG, SRU, LPG Recovery Plants.
ii. Crude Oil stabilization and handling in terms of production, pumping & dispatch by bowzers.
iii. Capable of Plant Startup/Shutdown/Emergency handling.
iv. DCS, PLC & Historian experience and logging of operating parameters.
v. Capable of Operation of RO water treatment, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Dryer, Distillation tower, Gas Generators, Compressor, Cooling water system.
vi. Good knowledge of safe working practices, HSE functions at oil fields.
vii. Process and occupational safety awareness.
viii. Ensuring the SOP, Issue work permits and area preparation for hot and cold jobs.
