Important Note
i. All Pakistani Nationals can apply. However, vacancies shall ordinarily be filled on a local basis.
ii. Age will be calculated with effect from the closing date of receipt of application i.e. 21st April 2020.
iii. Relaxation in upper age limit will be admissible as per prevailing Rules. Ex-Serviceman will be given 15 years of age relaxation or the number of years served whichever is less up to the upper age limit of 50 years.
iv. Ex-servicemen mean retired personnel from the Armed Forces of Pakistan and Ex-Employees of Paramilitary Forces.
v. The implementation of a 2% disabled quota will adhere except the posts mentioned at Sr 1, 2, 3 and 5.
vi. Preference will be given to Ex-servicemen for the posts at Sr 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6.
vii. For the post at Sr #4 trades exists in POF are CNC. Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, General Machinist, Tool Maker, Press Tool Setter, General Fitter, Boiler, Pipe Fitter, Rolling, Carpentry, Foundry, Mill Wright, Welding, Heat Treatment, Mason, Lab. Attendant, Chemical processor worker, Compressor Attendant, Forging. Quality Assurance, Health, Safety, Environment, Auto, Robotics, Drawing and Design, IT, etc.
viii. No TA/DA shall be admissible for the test/interview.
ix. Government servants and contract employees who have completed 02 years of continuous Government service on the closing date for receipt of application should apply online, however, they will have to provide NOC at the time of test/interview.
x. Result awaited applicants are ineligible to apply. Only eligible candidates will be called for test/interview through SMS, therefore active mobile number should be mentioned on the application form. However, POF will take no responsibility for non-receipt of SMS due to any reason.
