Syllabus for Written Examination/Test

One paper MCQ type General Ability Test of 90 minutes duration of 100 marks comprising the following questions:-

i. English, Urdu, General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Mathematics and Islamiat (Ethics for Non-Muslims) (60%)

ii. MS Office (40%)

Note

Only those candidates will be called for the typing test/proficiency test who will quality the General Ability Test.

i. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) and the postgraduate qualification of FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD / Diplomat of American Board in the respective specialty or equivalent medical qualification in the respective specialty recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council.

ii. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) and the postgraduate qualification of FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD / Diplomat of American Board (General Surgery/Medicine) or any other equivalent medical qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council with three years practical experience in the respective speciality in a recognized institution after post-graduation.

Note

In the case of Regular Appointment, experience certificates issued by the Head of Institution / Organization / Department will be considered. However, in the case of acting charge / current charge / additional charge / officiating/ Adhoc and contract, experience certificate must be issued by the appointing authority. Experience of private entities /organizations/firms issued other than the Chief Executive / Head of Private Firms / Organization shall not be accepted.
