Qualification/Experience
The candidate should be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants (CA, ACCA, CFA, CPA. ICMAP) with at least ten years relevant experience, in case of Public Sector Companies.
OR
A person holding a master degree in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with a minimum of ten years relevant experience, in case of other Public Sector Companies.
The candidate having Power sector experience will be preferred.
Skills
Computer proficiency and Financial Modeling Skills are compulsory.

Chief Internal Auditor
Qualification/Experience
The candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant experience in a Senior Audit Position in Private and public sector companies and is a:
Member of a recognized body of professional accountants like (CA, ACCA, CFA, CPA, CIA, ICMA).

+Certified Internal Auditor
OR
+Certified Fraud Examiner
OR
+Certified Internal Control Auditor
OR
+Person holding a master degree in finance/MBA (18 years) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
Provided that individuals serving as Chief Internal Auditor of the Public Sector Company for the last 10 years at the time of corning into force of rules (Corporate Governance Rules, the Gazette of Pakistan, Extra, March 08, 2013) shall be exempted from the above qualification requirement.

Qualification/Experience
The candidate should possess either of the following qualifications & experience.
a. Chartered secretaries OR Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants.
b. Member of a recognized body of corporate OR chartered secretaries
c. The person holding a master degree in Business administration or commerce or being a law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Age
The candidate should be up to 55 years as on closing dated of advertisement.
Tenure/Period of Contract
Initially, the contract will be awarded for a period of three years.
