Candidates can Apply Online on the University of Health Sciences UHS Job Portal. The link is below.
Before applying online, candidates should submit the application fee through bank challan at National Bank of Pakistan, Sheikh Zayed Hospital Branch Lahore Account number 3164498127 or deposit the same in University’s online account (PK53NBPA1707003164498127) under Account title “CE UHS”.
The Applicants should enter the number of their bank challan / online transaction on their application form. The detail of the amount is as below.
- BPS-17 and above, TTS=RS 1000
The candidates should get a print of the online filled form by clicking “Download and Print Button“. If the facility of downloading and printing is not available at that time, the candidates can access their form at any other time by clicking Search Button.
Manual Submission
The printout of the filled form along with attested copies of the following documents should be sent to the address given below.
