Applications on prescribed forms neatly filled in giving full particulars regarding biodata, attested copies of academic degrees/certificates, experience certificates, domicile, a national identity card with four passport size recent photographs for all posts along with non-refundable bank draft from any Bank or cash deposit bank receipt from HBL, UST Bannu Branch in favor of Treasurer, University of Science & Technology, Bannu.
For Assitant Professor, Lecturer and Lab Engineer Rs 1000 (non-refundable).
For Junior Clerk, Laboratory Attendant and Naib Qasid Rs 500 (non-refundable).
