Academics

Lead Coaches

Master’s degree/BS/BE (1st division) or equivalent degree obtained after 16 years of education from HEC recognized University/Institution with no third division in the academic career. At least 4 years post qualification teaching (at a recognized Higher Education Institution) or professional experience (at a recognized organization) in the relevant fields listed below. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Must have excellent command over spoken and written English. IT proficiency is a must.

Senior Software Engineer

4 year BS degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent (1st division) from HEC recognized University/Institution. At least 3 years post qualification experience of analyzing, designing, developing and deploying complex software systems. Good domain knowledge of Learning and Content Management Systems, as well as current programming tools and languages, are a must. Experience in developing desktop and Internet-based applications with strong database management skills is required. Command over spoken and written English with good presentation skills as well as IT proficiency is a must. Experience in Information Security, Quality Assurance, Software Configuration Management may be given preference.

Skills

Sound SDLC concepts, Programming Skills, Software (QA), ASP.NET, C#NB.Net, Web Services, Visual Studio, SQL Server, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3.

Software Engineer

4 year BS degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent (1st division) from HEC recognized University/Institution. Admin & Finance

Project Manager (Admin & Finance)

ACCA/ACMA or MBA/4 year Bachelors degree with a specialization in Finance (First Division) from HEC recognized University/Institution. At least 8 years experience (minimum 4 years post qualification) for ACCA/ACMA or 10 years experience (minimum 06 years post qualification) for MBA/4 year Bachelors degree. Preference will be for such candidates who have additional experience in HR, Tax and Project Management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Must have excellent command over spoken and written English. IT proficiency is a must.

Assistant Manager (Finance)

ACCA/ACMA or MBA/4 year Bachelors degree with a specialization in Finance (First Division) from HEC recognized University/Institution. At least 5 years experience (minimum 2 years post qualification) for ACCA/ACMA or 7 years experience (minimum 4 years post qualification) for MBA/4 year Bachelors degree. B.Com having CA articles can also apply who have at least 10 years experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Must have excellent command over spoken and written English. IT proficiency is a must.

Assistant Manager (Admin)

Master’s degree or 4 years BS degree in Public or Business Administration or Human Resource Management from HEC recognized University/Institution. At least 7 years experience (minimum 4 years post qualification) in multinational/national government, semi-government organization or universities. Command over spoken and written English with good presentation skills as well as IT proficiency is a must.

Office Assistant

Intermediate or equivalent (at least second division) from a recognized university. At least 3 years post qualification experience in office work. Ability to maintain office filing systems and records. Command over spoken and written English with good presentation skills as well as IT proficiency is a must.
