Domicile and Residency Certificate (For AJK residents)
Four passport size photographs
Computerized driving license
Son and Brother of martyrs should submit the attested documents (by relevant center/soldier board) and death certificate of martyrs.
The Son of a retired soldier should submit a discharge book attested by the soldier’s board.
Son of Serving Personnel (Pakistan Army / Regiment) should submit an attested photocopy of authority issued by the relevant unit.
