Applications from government officers and officials (BPS-07 to BPS-18) are being accepted by the National Testing Service (NTS) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony to perform welfare tasks as Moavineen-e-Hujjaj in several areas (Transportation, Accommodation, and Food) throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) during Hajj 2024.

Candidates possessing the required qualifications can apply online until February 14, 2024. The candidates will be examined using NTS and endurance/physical testing. Only those on the shortlist will be put through physical and endurance tests. During the test, employees from the Police, Rescue 1122, ANF, and ASF will run or jog five kilometers, while everyone else will walk swiftly. Rescue 1122, federal and provincial police departments, AJK and GB departments, and regular government officers and officials (BPS-07 to 18) from those organizations are all eligible.

Eligibility Criteria

He/She should be a regular Government officer in BPS-17 or 18.
He/She should be a regular Government officer in BPS-07 to 16 having minimum matric qualification.
Fresh Moavineen-e-Hujjaj shall not be less than 25 years and more than 45 years of age as of May 31, 2024 (persons having a date of Birth before June 1, 1979, and after May 31, 1999, are not eligible).
Repeater shall not be less than 25 years and more than 50 years of age as of May 31, 2024 (persons having a date of Birth before June 1, 1979, and after May 31, 1999, are not eligible).
Repeaters who have performed four or fewer Hajj duties are eligible. Those who have performed more than four Hajj duties are not eligible.

Candidates can apply online on the National Testing Services NTS website www.nts.org.pk.
The candidate shall submit the hard copy of the duly online filled application form along with photocopies of required documents as applicable to NTS Headquarters (M/O RA & IH Project), Plot # 96, Street # 4, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad. The prescribed Form can be downloaded from the NTS and M/O RA & IH website www.mora.gov.pk.
Shortlisted candidates will submit requisite documents in original when required by M/O RA & IH.

Terms and Conditions

Repeaters shall be selected up to a maximum of 30% of the advertised strength of Moavineen-e-Hujjaj.
Due to the special nature of assignments: 30% of seats of selected Moavineen-e-Hujjaj will be drawn from police, Rescue 1122, ANF, and ASF personnel. Disabled and handicapped government employees are not eligible.
Original documents of the shortlisted candidates will be checked at any stage of the selection process and in case of any false or wrong information, the selection of the candidate will be canceled and may entail disciplinary proceedings.
