Candidates possessing the required qualifications may appear for walk-in interviews to be held on 18th, 20th, 21st, 24th, and 25th February 2025. Applicants already in Government service must submit an NOC at the time of the interview. The selected candidate must provide a Medical Fitness certificate and a character certificate.

• 16 years of HEC-verified education in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

2. Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator)

• Age Limit: Maximum 25 years
• Qualifications:
• Intermediate or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of experience.

• NRC Female Dharnir (Female candidates only)

3. Nabi Qasid

• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
• Qualifications:
• Middle-level education.
• Preferably 1 year of experience.
• Job Locations:
• NRC Rera, NRC Birpani
• NRC Phufa, Satipur
• NRC IUCCI, Bharat-DHA
• NRC Female Dharnir (Female candidates only)
• Interview Dates & Times:
• 25th February 2025 (2:30 PM onwards)
• Venue: NADRA Regional Head Office, Islamabad

General Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• Candidates must be residents of the respective Tehsil as per CNIC/Domicile.
• Only one test location is allowed per candidate.

Documentation:

• Original personal, educational, and professional documents must be brought for the test.
• Attested degrees/certificates from HEC or respective educational boards are required at the time of the interview.

Gender-Specific Roles:

• Only female candidates will be considered for Female NRCs.

Shortlisting:

• Only shortlisted candidates who qualify for the test will be called for the interview.

Government Employees:

• Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.

Probation Period:

• Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period, extendable based on performance.

Medical and Character Certificates:

• Selected candidates must provide Medical and Character Certificates.

Transfer Policy:

• Appointments are specific to a particular NADRA Registration Center (NRC); no transfer requests will be entertained.

Age Relaxation:

• 5 years of age relaxation is already included in the age limit.

Test/Interview Rules:

• Electronic devices such as mobile phones and smartwatches are not allowed during the test/interview.

Travel Allowance:

• No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview.

Encouragement for Diversity:

• Females, minorities, transgenders, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
