- Son and Brother of martyrs should submit the attested documents (by relevant center / soldier board) and death certificate of martyrs
- Son of a retired soldier should submit discharge book attested by soldier board
- Son of Serving Personnel (Pakistan Army / Regiment) should submit attested photocopy of authority issued by relevant unit
