Pakistan Petroleum Limited PPL On Job Training Programme 2024 NTS Apply Online latest advertisement. This Job notification has been published in the newspaper on March 3, 2024. Candidates who have graduated after July 1, 2022, with or without post-qualification experience are eligible to apply.
The last date to apply online is March 18, 2024. The two-year on job training program does not constitute an employer-employee relationship, and PPL is not obligated to offer regular employment to trainees on completion of the contract period. Candidates must have first division from matric onwards.
The On-job Graduate Trainee Programme at PPL is a two-year training initiative where trainees gain cross-functional exposure to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business, acquire knowledge of state-of-the-art technology in Exploration and Production operations, and receive classroom and online training in management and technical areas. Throughout the program, trainees are supported by mentors, line managers, and the Human Resources Department.

Important Note
Candidates awaiting final exam results or set to appear by May 2024 must provide a provisional certificate based on their past academic performance to indicate potential eligibility for the first division.
