BSC Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) having at least 5 years of experience in Railway Signal Engineering Works, design and maintenance experience. Ability to read and counter check the interlocking yard diagrams etc and preparation of estimates, tender documents, completion reports/plans.
OR
3 years Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication from a registered Polytechnic Institute with at least 15 years experience in Railway Signal Engineering works, design and maintenance. Ability to read and counter check the interlocking yard diagram etc and preparation of estimates, tender documents, completion reports/plans.

Ability to read and counter check the interlocking yard diagram etc and preparation of estimates, tender documents, completion reports/plans.

Retired officials/officers of Pakistan Railways who have worked against the post of Executive Engineer/Signal can also apply. For such candidates, last pay drawn at retirement plus the usual allowance will be allowed. The pay for such candidate will be fixed under the extant rules.
Any official/officer who has been dismissed/removed from service or compulsorily retired is not eligible to apply.
