This Job notification is published on the POF website on 14-May-2022. 100 Artisans will be selected in Batch No 55 (First Phase) to serve at Pakistan Ordnance Factories Institute of Technology, Wah Cantt. Candidates from all provinces of Pakistan can apply for these posts.
Artisan meaning in Urdu is Karegar. Candidates possessing a minimum Educational qualification of Matric (Science) are eligible to apply for these posts. FSc and DAE qualified candidates will be given extra weightage of 10% marks in the final selection of candidates.

Payment of Stipend during Training
- First Semester (Six months)=Rs 5130 per month
- Second Semester (Six months)=Rs 6156 per month
- Third Semester (Six months)=Rs 8208 per month

Hostel Accommodation will be provided at the request of candidates on a first come first serve basis.

Affidavit
Fresh Entrants will have to submit an affidavit on stamp paper valuing Rs 100 duly signed by the candidate ensuring that he will complete his responsibilities satisfactorily.
Bond Deeds
The Artisan who will be offered the job after completion of training will have to execute a prescribed bond to serve POF for six years. In case of leaving, the candidate will have to refund all amount spent on their training including a penalty of Rs 50,000.
Terms and Conditions
1. Test and Interview will be conducted at Wah Cantt, Lahore, Karachi, and Quetta.
2. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
3. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews through SMS.
4. Ex-Artisans terminated on disciplinary grounds are not eligible to apply.
