Chief Financial Officer
Eligibility Criteria
- Preferably Qualified Chartered Accountant or ACCA/ACMA (or) MBA in Finance from a reputable & recognized institution
- 15 years of proven track record with minimum 3-4 years of experience in the Senior Management role in the finance function
- Experience in dealing with Regularity Authorities SECP, FBR, SBP, Credit Rating Companies, Contractors, Auditors, Consultants and Lawyers
- Significant experience in working with external and internal auditors and compliance related issues
- ERP Systems Experience-preferably SAP/Oracle Platform
Training & Recruitment Manager
Eligibility Criteria
- Preferably Bachelors’s degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
- Proven 4-5 years of experience in Training & Development, Human Resource & related functions in a reputable organization
- Expertise in learning research, training material development & change management
- Excellent skills in embracing new ideas, working with leaders to identify and deliver program needs and delivering multi-level programs
- Ability to collaborate across various functions and working independently
- Excellent communication & public speaking skills
