Duties and Responsibilities
1. Basic knowledge and understanding of reservoir simulation technique.
2. Monitors pressure behavior in assigned reservoirs and aquifers by examining and calculating survey data from observation wells to establish/confirm trends.
3. Carries out data management duties to ensure consistency of acquired data. Includes verifying collected data, analyzing and interpreting data using available techniques and identifying areas requiring further study.
4. Preparing conceptual development plan and production forecasts for good proposals.
5. Estimating reserves and forecasting for property evaluations and development planning.
6. Participates in well site operations to ensure adherence to reservoir engineering test procedures and requirements. Includes performing on rig site duty during good operations or production testing.
7. Pressure transient analysis and interpretation.
8. Prepare on time, required engineering details for study reports.
9. Updating & Maintaining Production Database of all Own/Operated & Non-Operated producing Fields.
10. Liaison and Reporting to government authorities, ministries and Joint Venture Partner for business operations.
11. Keeps abreast of technological development in the field of reservoir engineering.
12. Knows the Company health, safety, and environmental policy, procedures, regulations, and objectives as they relate to his area of responsibility.

Experience
1. Minimum of 08 years of working experience in drilling operations.
2. Candidate should have the experience to manage and coordinate the drilling and completion of oil and gas wells.
3. Candidate should have good knowledge of drilling fluids.
Skills
1. Identify critical issues and introducing new concepts in drilling operations.
2. Should demonstrate skills in the use of drilling and completion of engineering techniques and practices of the field.
3. Must have full knowledge of drilling and completion of engineering theories and principles.
4. An ideal candidate should also have a high degree of initiative and independent judgment and strong oral and written communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Establish and manage the planning, engineering, procurement, logistics and execution phase of drilling and workover programs.
2. Finalization of mud plan, casing design, cementing program.
3. Preparation of prognosis and estimated drilling time break-up.
4. Finalization of casing setting-depth selection, drill string design, rig sizing and selection, bit selection, final wellhead assembly.
5. Preparation of Authorization for Expenditure (AFE).
6. Preparation and Supervision of execution of cementing and casing/liner running jobs at the well site.
7. Planning of materials for upcoming wells.

4. Repair/maintenance of transformers and motor rewinding.
5. Operation and maintenance of captive power plant.
6. Design and selection of equipment for hazardous areas classification.

1. Receive materials into the stores after checking them with the contents of the Goods Received Note.
2. Store the materials in the allotted places.
3. Maintain proper record of receipt, issue, and balance of all items of materials.
4. Employ location coding and stores coding (Bar code) for easy identification of every item of stores.
5. Maintain the Stores department in a tidy manner.
6. Protect material from losses due to fire, theft, evaporation, obsolescence, etc.
7. Issue stores, against proper authorization, in the right quantity of right specification, and at the right time.
8. Ensure that the stock neither exceeds the maximum level nor go below the minimum level at any point in time.
9. Prevent unauthorized persons from entering the stores.
10. Co-ordinate the work of staff in the store’s department.
11. Periodic comparison of ledger balances with physical quantities in the bins.
12. Advise management of obsolete and slow moving stocks.
